  RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY  
     

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of the delivery date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Should the purchaser elect to exchange for equal amount or receive a store credit instead of a credit card credit when returning merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

There will be NO refunds or exchanges for items returned after 10 days of the delivery date. Your account will be charged for the return shipment and items will be returned to you.
All CLEARANCE items are final sale.  (Clearance items are those that are 40 to 75% off regular price.)   Clearance items may NOT be returned or exchanged. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you.

All SALE items may be returned for store credit ONLY.
Swimsuits that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered, or damaged will not be taken back. Items must be in PERFECT condition; which includes protecive shields on swimsuit bottoms, and ALL tags MUST be attached to the garments. If we receive such goods, your account will be charged $15.00 and items will be returned to you. 		-> L*Space Swimwear
-> Honeydew Intimates Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.

All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before leaving RivieraRunway. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is received defective or damaged, you must notify RivieraRunway via email within one day of receiving your package at info@rivierarunwayfashion.com and we will replace it immediately at no charge.

Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges.

For your protection, please send your return package prepaid and insured as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please fill out the Return/Exchange form which is included in your shipment.

Returns will be issued in its original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to the same address on the packaging slip. A flat $5.00 shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item you send as a return and issue you a refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

International
ALL international sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

We are not responsible for any duties/taxes for international sales.
